Applejack RV Park Limited Impact Review
Request: To create a Recreational Vehicle (RV) Park on Lot 2 of the Farney Heritage Water Subdivision Exemption under Section 7.8.6 of the Land Use Code. Twenty nine (29) spaces in two phases are proposed. A commercial well and two on-site wastewater treatment systems (OWTS) will serve the property. The use will be for RVs only (no tents) with connections for OWTS and potable water supply. Planning Commission Hearing: Tuesday, April 5, 2022 to be held in the Commissioners Meeting Room, 104 Crestone Ave., Salida. The meeting starts at 6:00 pm. Connect to the Zoom Meeting:
