The official comment period closes the Friday prior to the meeting at Noon. After the official period has closed there will be a section on ChaffeeSpeaks.org that is specifically for LATE COMMENTS for the specific meeting/application. Late comments will not be included in the official packet; however, these comments can be viewed by all involved if time allows prior to the meeting. We offer the opportunity to make late comments as a courtesy and recommend that you give your comments at the meeting instead of submitting a late comment. You can give your comments during the meeting in-person or via Zoom.
